Process Control

A QC system should prevent systematic manufacturing of defect units. The KLIPPEL system calculates, performs and monitors statistics like the calculation of meaningful indices (e.g. Cpk, Ppk) which show a trend in parameter drifting. This gives valuable clues to discovering problems in an early stage and allows process readjustment before the quality runs out of limits.
