High-Speed Performance
Short production cycles require
high-speed measurements close to physical limits. But measurements at
the physical limits require optimal stimuli (e.g. chirp, multitone)
which excite the device under test (DUT), in the frequency range of
interest, at the highest signal to noise ratio. The KLIPPEL QC System
has flexible adjustable generators which allow lowest measurement times.
Furthermore a powerful signal analysis, mainly performed in parallel to
the running measurements, reduces post processing time. |
