Your Privacy
We do not automatically collect or analyze personal information. Visiting this
web site will not reveal any information to third parties. We do not sell or otherwise
disclose your personal information to third parties.*
What we do
We will use the e-mail address given in the feedback forms to respond to your request. We
file your contact information and feedback for later reference, this process is not
automatic but by choice of the support staff. We gather aggregated anonymous statistics
about visitor preferences, site use and failures.
We, or our web service provider, will disclose specific
information about you to comply with any valid legal process such as a court order, or if
an attempt to breach the security of the site is tracked back to or related to your
computer.
Unintentional Disclosure
There is always a risk that technically skilled people to monitor and/or filter the
traffic beetween our site and your computer, be it the archetypical malicous hacker
breaching security measures, or an organization entitled by local regulations. We cannot
protect you nor us from any and all such attacks, but visitors safety and privacy is
always a concern in choice of the implemented technologies and features. We intentionally
avoid handling privacy-critical information on this site, and we don't aggregate
information received on our web server.
Technical Information:
*Server Logs: Like virtually all web servers,
each request is recorded in a server log file. In certain cases, this information can be
used to identify the actual computer the request was made from. This information is vital
for maintaining and securing a web site. We also dereive anonymous averaged statistics
about use of the site. Technically speaking it's possible and necessary for our web
service provider and web statistics provider to access this information. We chose
companies that have strict privacy policies not to reveal this information to other
parties and implement strong security measures to prevent unintended disclosure.
Cookies: We use cookies to improve your
experience of this site. We use persistent cookies to keep visiting preferences and online
form data. All areas of this site will be accessible if you disable persistent cookies in
your browser.
Some areas of this site require your Browser to accept temporary Session Cookies (which
are not stored on your hard disk, and expire a few minutes after your last page request).
We do not use cookies for any other means, nor do we allow third parties (like advertisers
and comapnies that gather and/or sell user profiles) to include cookies in our pages.
Cookie information is not aggregated or analyzed, nor does the server associate additional
persistent data with the cookies.
Other Parties involved: All data transmitted
beetween your computer and our web server is visible to your ISP (the company that
provides your internet access), which might have a weaker policy in place. Also, since the
route data takes on the internet is not determined, various companies are involved in
transmission of the information. |

Q: What do you do with my
e-mail address?
A: We keep it, but we don't give it to anyone else.
Besides an answer to your request, from time to time we might send you a notice of events,
or products that could interest you. This decision is done individually, based on your
previous requests. We do not "spam" you with permanent advertising - we want to
stay in contact with, not upset you.
Q: Do you collect the contact information I give in the feedback
forms?
A: We store your contact information in a Cookie
on your computer, so you don't need to re-type this information when you use this
service frequently. If you disable cookies in your browser, you can still use the service,
but you need to re-type the contact information again.
Q: When I visit your site, or send you feedback or an e-mail, do
you collect a 'user profile', or allow third parties to do so?
A: Short answer: No. Longer: At least, not to third parties of any
kind (See Sever Logs in the privacy policy for a technically necessary
exception).
We of course do gather some information. Most of it is like scribbling some comments on
your business card, and putting this in a filofax, only we use computers for this. But
this information is, and will be, used only for your business with us.
Q: So I am perfectly safe from all hassles?
A: Again, No, unfortunately. First, since most of
our customer contacts are done by a person instead of automated mailing lists, something
might go wrong. Please just tell us about.
Next, the Internet is not the safest way to stay. Too many parties are involved when you
browse the internet. We do not store your personal information on our server, we chose a
dedicated Web Hosting Provider that does a very good job in securing the site, and we
intentionally do not handle 'hot' information on our site. This is in our opinion the best
we can do for you.
The security of unencrypted e-mail or online feedback forms is often compared to sending a
postcard (rather, a postcard cut into pieces, shuffled with many other cards, and glued
together again at our site). So if you have strong concerns about your privacy, you should
choose more secure ways for online contacts.
